The Students’ Research Group of Comparative Constitutional Law was re-established in October 2017. Ms. Natalie Fox, MA and her students took a great effort to put the research group back on the tracks. Since then, it has been working under the auspices and supervision of the Chair in Comparative Constitutional Law at Jagiellonian University with its head, Prof. Piotr Mikuli. The Group and its members focus their activity on the organization of meetings with experts and events related to the Polish Constitutionals Law and comparative constitutional law. Recently the group has organized a lecture with the former judge of the Polish Constitutional Court, Prof. Mirosław Wyrzykowski (Univeristy of Warsaw). In December 2018 members of the research group along with the Chair of in Comparative Constitutional Law hosted a meeting with Prof. Badrinath Rao, Kettering University, whose lecture focused on social and economic jurisprudence of the US Supreme Court as well as several other aspects of comparative constitutional law. Older members of the research group convene supplementary lectures of the Constitutional Law. Moreover, since 2018 the Chair and the research group have been organizing a contest in constitutional law for students of public administration.
